At SculptClub, Dara designs programmes based on your individual goals, fitness level, and schedule. Whether you want to build strength, improve endurance, or simply develop a consistent workout routine, she creates a plan that works for your life — not the other way around.
Her small group sessions are particularly popular. With a maximum of six people in the studio, you get the community feel of group training with the personal attention of a private session. Dara tracks each participant’s progress individually and makes sure everyone is working at the right intensity for their level.
