About Alex

Alex brings a diverse skill set to every session, combining traditional strength training with calisthenics and recovery therapy. His training style is dynamic and adaptive — he reads how your body is responding in real time and adjusts the session accordingly.

What sets Alex apart is his integrated approach to recovery. Using massage-gun therapy and targeted mobility work, he ensures that your muscles recover properly between sessions. This means you can train more consistently and with less risk of injury over time.

Alex speaks Dutch, English, and Portuguese, making him accessible to Amsterdam’s international community. He works with clients of all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced lifters. His 60-minute sessions at SculptClub are structured around your specific goals, with a new programme designed every four weeks to keep your body challenged and progressing.
